The seed extract of Coriandrum sativum (L.) using evaluated for antimicrobial activity active against selected strains of  Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli and  Pseudomonas aeruginosa  and Staphylococcus aureus was investigated by the using agar diffusion method and brine shrimp lethal activity. The conclusion of the present study was observed that the extract of Coriandrum sativum (L.) seeds possesses promising antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli and  Pseudomonas aeruginosa and good results of brine shrimp lethality activity was observed.
