Synthesis of Zinc Oxide nanoparticle of leaves extract of Ocimum tenuiflorum L., and its supplemented with basal diets fed on growth performance of fingerlings of Cyprinus corpio (L.)
M. Maridass
Abstract
The field of nanotechnology has been developed in the various fields of medicine, agriculture and animal nutrition. The supplemented feed on nanoparticles will be enhanced in the biological function of metabolic processes in animal body. The aim of the present study was synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticle of leaves extract of Ocimum tenuiflorum and its different concentrations of nanoparticle incorporated with basal diets effect on growth and survival responses on Cyprinus carpio (L) fingerlings. The methodology of synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticle of leaves extract of Ocimum tenuiflorum were prepared and different concentration of nanoparticles incorporated with basal diets developed and growth responses on nano feed fed on C. carpio (L.) observed for 30 days. The results of the present study have proved that the Zinc oxide nanoparticles supplemented diet can improve the 100% of survival rate and highly improved the growth rate of fingerlings of Cyprinus corpio (L.). The conclusion of the present study observed that synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticle of leaves extract of O. tenuiflorum possesses the capabilities to stimulate the growth rates of fingerlings of C. corpio (L.) was observed.
